Leopard Grrrr'adient

Morning kids!!  I have had the worst flu EVER this last week so I hadn't painted my nails at all and i was having terrible withdrawals!  So I decided I needed something bright and wacky on my talons for this coming week ahead to cheer myself up!

The leopard gradient was born!

For the gradient I firstly painted my nails with a plain white polish and let this fully dry.  Next I used a make-up sponge dipped in both colours and literally dabbed onto my nail until the desired blend was achieved

The pink is Nicki Minaj for OPI Pink Friday and the purple is Revlon's Lilac (a current favourite colour of mine!)

I almost just left my nails at the gradient level.. but i had to take it a step further and add something a little extra, so I got out my new ASP Nail Art Brushes and added some leopard print with my YSL Noir Terriblement and Rimmel Peppermint 

I am really loving the gradient look at the moment.. are you??!

How the Leopard Got His Spots..

Yayy I have finally been doing a little nail art!!  As you all know I love a splashing of leopard and this one literally is just a splash of it!

For the base colour I used my Konad white as its super white and super thick!  I am actually looking for a new white currently and struggling to find one that has a flawless finish.. any suggestions??

For the leopard spots I used my dotting tool dipped in a little Rimmel's "Coralicious" to make random splodges.  When these were dry I went around them with my black YSL Noir Due to create the spots.  I added random dots to make the leopard look more effective..  All this was topped off with a coat of Seche Vite - which I am running out of eeeeekk!

And that my friends is how the Leopard got his spots!!

I've Missed Leopard!

I haven't done any leopard nail art in what feels like agesssss!! So last night I created this little beauty!  This was inspired by Kourteney Kardashian's top on an old episode of KUWTK!!

I used Wet n Wild white for the base colour x 2 coats.. and then sponged on Topshops "Naked" and a really super old reddy brown colour that I have no name for!??  Its in a Revlon type bottle so I am going to go with that!

I used my black liner pen for the leopard print and finished with a coat of Seche!
